Club Information

Membership in ECR is available to any dancer who can demonstrate dance proficiency at the Callerlab Plus program. The El Camino Reelers club does not discriminate with respect to membership on any basis not directly related to the ability to participate in the activity.

Club e-mail lists

ECR has several e-mail lists for club members. Please contact a board member to find out how to join.

Here are the more common ones...

ecrtalk - announcements, general club information, and occasional topical discussion
ecradmin - usually for current and past board members but is open to those interested in the running of the club
ecr-dinner-wed - announcement about where to meet for dinner before dancing on club night
ecr-dinner-mon - same as above when a class meets on Monday
ecrflyin - minutes, discussion, and occasional voting while planning an upcoming ECR fly-in

Most of these are very low traffic and are usually the very best way to stay informed.

Club Roster

ECR maintains an on-line membership roster, for the use of members (full members and student members) only. People are only listed on the roster if they choose to be. See the ECR Roster Info Page.

General Membership Meeting

ECR held their annual General Membership Meeting on Dec 5 2007. The club's by-laws require that the Board hold a meeting at least once per year to present financial information and other general information to the members of the club. The Presentations from that meeting can be viewed HERE.
